If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it (in it's original condition) within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (less shipping & handling charges). Package your return securely along with a copy of your receipt, and ship with appropriate insurance and a tracking number. Exception: Genital and Nipple jewelry are not returnable.
Shipping:
Most orders are promptly shipped within 48 hours, and are sent via USPS Mondays-Fridays
(except on holidays). Shipping charges need to be added for each separate address that an
order gets sent to.
USA Delivery: Currently includes the following choices:
Standard (First-Class): approx. 4-7 business days en route
Priority: approx. 2-3 business days en route
International Delivery: First Class Mail International (if available).
